Marketing has forever changed.

Your brand can rank, get recommended by an AI tool, and still lose the sale to a competitor the customer trusted more. If that gap is starting to keep you up at night, come spend a morning with us.

We’re bringing new research to the stage for the first time; what’s actually changed in how customers find and choose brands – alongside talks from the people building for it every day at Journey Further, and a few industry and client voices who’ll tell it to you straight.

Found. Seen by the algorithms and the LLMs that now decide who even makes the shortlist.

Understood. Read correctly by the machines that classify you, and the people who go looking for human proof.

Chosen. Trusted enough, consistently enough, that demand keeps coming back without a fight. Becoming an investment and not a cost.

The details

  • Date: Tuesday 13 October 2026
  • Time: 9:30AM – 12:30PM
  • Location: Snapchat, 50 Cowcross St, London EC1M 3HP, Snap Inc

Why attend?

New data, first look. We’re launching our latest research at this event – real numbers on how discovery actually works right now, not theory. You’ll leave with a copy before anyone outside the room has seen it.

Our own specialists, on the record about what’s working and what isn’t for the brands they run day to day.

A perspective from outside of marketing. We’ve brought in voices from beyond our own team – because the best thinking about how people decide what to trust rarely comes from inside it.

A morning that’s actually worth leaving your desk for. Good coffee, a proper breakfast, a central London venue worth the trip, and a room full of people wrestling with the same problem you are. Hopefully we’ll all leave feeling less alone during this really difficult time to be a marketer.

Who’s it for?

For senior marketers who are doing the hard work of getting their brand out there – through search, social, AI tools, wherever – and are now watching that not be enough. If “why isn’t visibility converting the way it used to” sounds familiar, this morning is built for you.

The morning’s built around one idea: getting found, getting understood, and getting chosen are three different jobs – and you can’t outrun your lowest-ranked one. Here’s how we’re spending the time.

A journalist's read on the gap between what brands say about themselves and what the evidence shows from our secret guest speaker. Soon to be revealed!
