Senior Performance Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Strategy Manager to drive the strategic development of our clients' media campaigns.

The role

What you will do

  • Work closely with our clients to set clear objectives and KPIs to ensure our activity aligns with their goals
  • Work with our Insight team to gather and interpret data to understand the key opportunities for our clients
  • Combine data and insight with an understanding of the media landscape to deliver digital and audience strategies for our clients
  • Collaborate with our channel teams to develop media plans that align to the strategy
  • Review campaign performance, and work individually and with teams from across the agency to identify opportunities to improve it
  • Report on the success of your strategies to our clients, and work closely with them to plan the next stage of their growth
  • Support on new business pitches to the world’s leading brands
  • Manage strategists within the Performance Strategy team and work with them to develop their capabilities
  • Lead initiatives to improve the team and agency’s capabilities
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the Performance Strategy team

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years’ experience in developing effective media or audience strategies
  • You have 4+ years’ experience working across performance and/or brand marketing activity
  • You have strong commercial awareness and love getting under the skin of what really drives success
  • You’re an excellent communicator and you’re confident presenting compelling stories
  • You have a proven track record of managing a team or sub-team to deliver against company objectives
  • You have a proven track record of managing individuals against specified objectives, including review processes, hiring processes, managing difficult conversations and escalating challenges internally

  • £50,000 - £70,000
