Operations Change Manager

We're looking for an Operations Change Manager to lead and improve the way we run our operations.

The role

What you will do

  • Lead a KPI review in operations to enable quality and productivity reviews
  • Standardise and lead a new timesheet recording system that will provide an overview on resource management
  • Support the COO and directors with the implementation of risk and controls across the business, including mitigating activity, audits and action tracking
  • Create MI, dashboards and reporting solutions to drive transparency in operational delivery
  • Analyse internal systems and implement lean, best-in-class processes
  • Work with the COO, directors and the Head of People to deliver programmes and operational initiatives
  • Lead our people project planning and the coordination of our people strategy
  • Research and review our technology stack and implement new systems where appropriate
  • Apply risk management methodologies to the day-to-day running of the business, as well as client projects

Requirements

  • You thrive in changing environments and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • You have at least 3 years experience of project and programme management at senior level and understand agile & waterfall methodologies
  • You love learning and continuously improving your skills on practices such as lean, six sigma (green belt) and agile methodologies
  • You have a strong understanding of process analysis, risk mitigation and control design
  • You’re not afraid to challenge current processes and are comfortable supporting senior management as required
  • You have experience steering committee reviews and are excellent at communicating with senior teams and within a team
  • You have a flair for research and analytics, and have impeccable attention to detail
