Creative Operations Manager

We’re looking for someone to get our creative department running like clockwork.

The role

What you will do

  • Lead operations for the creative team
  • Develop and optimise creative project workflows
  • Act as the lynchpin that connects with creative team and all other departments to establish and optimise workflows
  • Manage the smooth running of our creative projects, direct with clients
  • Run regular standups with creative team to ensure project plans are met
  • Own the creative resource management and capacity planning
  • Leverage your existing contact base and make new connections to establish an extraordinary freelance pool


  • You have experience managing & leading large operations for a creative team
  • You probably have a Prince2 or equivalent qualification
  • You love to work with both internal stakeholders and some of our biggest clients
  • You’ll relish opportunity of working without Client Service instead managing clients directly
  • You’re extremely ambitious and never settle for OK
