Conversion Specialist

The role

What you will do

  • Help define, implement and run all aspects of end-to-end research and experimentation programmes for leading brands
  • Ensure the day-to-day pace of experimentation deliverables according to the conversion operating system
  • Conduct and interpret analysis and research to create hypotheses, working with internal and external support resources where required
  • Design and specify experiments and work with in-house or client-side developers to build and implement experiments using a range of tools
  • Build and implement smaller tests yourself
  • Help redefine ‘CRO’ and change the game forever


  • You have a passion for experimentation and all things data-driven
  • You have broad experience of the range of services across conversion optimisation and experimentation, with a particular focus on digital analytics and research
  • You have basic project management skills and are comfortable dealing directly with clients
  • Client-side experience is preferable but not essential as long as you can grasp clients’ business challenges and objectives
