Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community Manager to work with the world’s most exciting brands for the Journey Further Book Club.

The role

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with members of our community of over 1,500 ambitious marketers, founders, and CEOs from some of the UK and US’ most exciting brands
  • Work as part of the wider growth team to highlight opportunities to support our members with our growth services
  • Talk about books, podcasts and learning with some of the brightest minds in the industry
  • Work alongside our CRM Manager to maintain a healthy database
  • Support our Book Club events and discussions

Requirements

  • You live, sleep & breathe all things books & learning
  • You have fantastic communication and customer service skills
  • You’ve probably worked in a customer-facing role for at least 2 years
  • You love to learn and help others to do the same
  • You’re incredibly organised and you always go the extra mile
