Client Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Client Project Manager to join our Operations team to deliver exceptional client experience and make a difference internally and externally.

The role

What you will do

  • Ensure that we deliver client excellence in accordance with our values: open, together and decisive
  • Utilise project management best practices to ensure we deliver work effectively for multi-channel clients
  • Create and roll out KPIs, dashboards and other governance documents to monitor client experience and find ways of improving client experience
  • Conduct root-cause analysis when issues occur internally to ensure we implement a continuous culture of improvement
  • Create risk management reports as part of our governance processes internally so that we can take prompt action
  • Support client leads by creating effective delivery plans and building support mechanisms
  • Implement technology and reporting to have Client Internal Health Checks in place
  • Review client profitability and make recommendations to the senior team


  • You have experience working as a project manager in a client-driven environment
  • You can successfully work in agile and waterfall environments
  • You love working as part of a team and helping motivate others
  • You’re eager to develop your own skills and love helping others do the same
  • You have strong research and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail and organisation
  • You’re ambitious and curious, always staying up to date on the latest best practices in the industry
