The role

What you will do

  • Create a new Project Management department, including setting up teams to manage project definition, scope monitoring, quality control, risk management, budgeting and timings, and resource allocation
  • Define and lead our approach to client project management
  • Review all current project management systems and recommend how we optimise and execute for our clients
  • Work closely with agency Directors to optimise our approach based on practical application
  • Hire a team of Senior Project Managers to help execute your approach
  • Support the wider agency with project management requirements where necessary


  • You are a people-person and are an excellent communicator
  • You believe that people make the biggest difference to the management of projects, not systems
  • You believe that success comes from freedom within a framework
  • You have worked in a similar function within a performance marketing or creative agency
  • You are an empathetic yet confident leader
