Business Development Manager (Manchester)

The role

What you will do

  • Work with our Head of Business Development to lead the strategic thinking for business development in Manchester
  • Lead our Manchester sales operation, ultimately training and motivating an ambitious team
  • Guide new business opportunities from lead to close through building strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Hit big and bold sales targets
  • Work closely with our marketing team to fill the pipeline with high quality opportunities
  • Drive our culture in a new office

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience working in a business development role
  • You’re extremely organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • You’re a charismatic individual, communicating both passionately and persuasively
  • You have serious attention to detail and top quality written English
  • Experience of PPC, SEO, PR, CRO and programmatic channels is essential
